A re-working of the 9/R wall from a few days ago:

Found this blog completely by accident: Beware ,There's A Crosseyed Cyclops In My Basement!!!. He has several old books for download, including the Dell comic adaption of the first WHO film, starring Peter Cushing! (Which I have, and where the icon comes from).
Also, it has a download of the film's soundtrack, and a couple of other things you might enjoy. :)

I know it's not really icon-related, but maybe someone can use the material here to make some. :)

Using the TARDIS socks pattern as posted by swallowedbysky (thank you for posting it!), I made a Christmas stocking for a friend who is a fan of DW.  I followed the pattern exactly but used 4ply yarn (instead of fingering weight/sock yarn) and a size 1 (US) needle. It looks a little smaller, in the pictures, than it actually is.  :)



Now to actually make some socks to wear!

Hello! I...made a K-9. I built him on a radio controlled toy car, so he actually moves, if he's on smooth pavement. He's mostly cardboard, foam, paint, spare bits of metal, and copious amounts of sweat, blood, and tears. Oh, and way too much of my time.
