The turnover at this particular store is shockingly high. Most of the people they hire don't make it past their first break, much less their first month. I'm kind of unusual in that I've stayed so long. Many times the newbies are disliked by the rest of the employees, mentally unstable, total slackers, or thieves. I blame the woman who does the hiring for this particular store because she is a dumbass. In fact, out of the group of seven people I came in with, only three others aside from myself still work there. A group of courtesy clerks that came in at the same time that was about a dozen strong is now down to two, both of whom are my friends. We've also got a lot of employees on vacation this week, which in a way is worse because we can't really replace them as such. So yeah. I'm basically being forced to pick up the slack, and it sucks.
